Step  1 - Discovery:   We start every engagement with a simple 3-Step Assessment. The first step is the discovery process.

 

This discovery process begins with a 1-on-1 discussion about the overall assessment and prepares you for the Q&A discussion.

 

The Q& A discussion is a detailed conversation (~30 minutes) with our in-house AI Voice Agent named Claire. This conversation will be recorded, transcribed, and used in our analysis of your current situation - both your pain-points and your areas of opportunity. An example of some of the areas that the discovery Q&A will cover are:

Step 2 - Analysis:  We conduct a 360-degree (HITL) Human-in-the-Loop AI analysis of your needs for your optimal processes to be paired along with the optimal AI solution.
